Return and Refund Policies

At Amid Signs, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy explains our procedures for returns and refunds.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@amidsigns.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Timing

The time it takes for your refund to appear on your credit card statement or bank account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@amidsigns.com with your order number and a description of the damage or defect.

Resolution

We will work with you to resolve the issue by either replacing the item or issuing a refund.
